This is just coming off power today and moving to our warehouse tomorrow. (2/12) 1998 Biesse Rover 321 R point to point. The machine is in surprisingly good condition. The pictures show it at work and without it even being "Cleaned up" One operator it's whole life.
Specs. (2) 9 HP HSD Ceramic Routers which are inverter driven; variable speed from 1,000 - 24,000 RPM. Both have (ISO-30 toolholders) for manual "quick change". One button tool changing! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9_rhMlF5tI Video of tool change (19) Spindles driven by 2.3 HP - 4,000 RPM motor; (13) are vertical & independently operated in T-formation with (8) along the X-axis & (5) along the Y-axis; (6) horizontal spindles, (2 x 2) working in the X-axis direction, (2 x 1) working in the Y-axis direction, 60 mm max. boring depth.
Cantilevered style head with DC Servo drives on X-, Y- & Z-axis, moving on STAR (THK type) bearing system. Photocell safety bars
Updated vacuum pump is included.
