This Hoffmann freestanding, automatic dovetail routing machine is equipped with a high speed router motor, located at the center of the machine.

This Hoffmann freestanding, automatic dovetail routing machine is equipped with a high speed router motor, located at the center of the machine. The router carriage can be tilted +/- 45 degrees; a large scale on the right side of machine indicates the angle. The machine is equipped with a pneumatic foot switch to start the routing process. Upon depressing of the switch, the following routing sequence is initiated:
Pneumatic clamp secures workpiece on machine table & motor is switched on Router head advances until the pre-set height position is reached .
