This machine was left in a plastic bag for over 4 years! The humidity in that bag caused limited paint issues (which we fixed, using Sherwin-Williams Industrial Enamel). However, the machine was without a minutes need, when it comes to the lead screws and functionality. They were fully lubed and in perfect condition.
