Seller indicates machine in good running condition. presently at their facility. Currently being reconverted from hydraulic.
Working dimensions: Length 12" to 96"; width 1-1/4" to 5" with 1" max thickness. Chain deck: Feed speed with 3 HP motor at 28 lugs per minute. Deck dimensions 21' x 5' with singulating bars spacced 12" or 8" oc. Approximately up to 10,000 BDF per shift depending on average length of workpiece. Cutting/grooving: (2) 12" dia. trim saw for squaring and (2) profiling heads each with 3HP. Material flow: The workpiece proceeds into the first machining center and is aligned. First cut is trim/square and second cut of tongue or groove. A cross transfer switches the work piece to the opposite side of the machine and again the process is completed.
