Great price on a through feed linear endmatcher with tooling and roller infeed and outfeed.
Working dimensions: Width 1-1/2" x 10"; thickness 3/8" to 1.3/8"; length random length up to (32 lbs) and minimum length 11". Spindles: (2) 5 HP motors for end cuts; 40 mm dia. with 7,400 RPM; dual lineal shaft guides for accurate head movement. Feed: 1 HP with speed up from 80-400 FPM; PLC controlled feed system manages spindle position, part location and both infeed and outfeed tables. Touch Screen interface with productions tracking. Tables: Chromed; 134" powered infeed and 88" outfeed; clamping system at infeed and outfeed; (3) spring loaded bed rollers. Includes: (1) set of insert tooling for tongue and groove. Tool box with set up tools. Note: Processing speed of 75 FPM based on 6' material length. Warranty (1) year. NEW Never used.
