This edgebander comes from a very small shop, very custom shop that bought it for doing it's solidwood edgebanding. It's perfectly designed to do larger edgebanding with ease It has big trimmers as well as servo controlled fine trimmers, this can apply up to 30mm (1-1/4" thick edgebanding.
Stations lay out as follows; Glue application Banding feed, Pressure rollers (one powered, 2 floating, (pneumatic pressure) Front and back trim.
