2006 Holzher 7016 Easy Master CNC Router - Point to Point
Equipped with: Router Spindle : 8 HP (6 kW) Vertically mounted liquid cooled electro-spindle router with HSK F63 adaptor, inverter driven 100 - 20,000 RPM 4-Position ATC tool rack mounted on the RH side of the machine for automatic tool change, max tool dia. 85 mm (if fully loaded) or 200 mm (with free spaces). Drill Block; (9) Independent vertical boring spindles with (7) spindles on the "X" axis & (2) spindles on the "Y" axis, spindle speed is 4,000 RPM, max. tool dia. 35 mm, max. spindle stroke 70 mm. (1+1) horizontal spindles on "X" axis & (1+1) horizontal spindles on "Y" axis provide horizontal boring capabilities on all four edges of the panel; the boring head is arranged to accommodate (2) operating units. 2 HP (1,5 kW) - 4,000 RPM "X" axis grooving saw with 120 mm dia. blade.
Working cap.: Routing cap "X" Axis is 94.5" (2.402 mm), "Y" axis is 40.7" (1,034 mm), "Z" axis stroke is 5.5" (140 mm); Boring cap. "X" axis is 95.4" (2,424 mm), "Y" axis is 35" (891 mm). (5) Tubeless panel supports with lifting rails for heavy panels, (9) adjustable vacuum pods. (2) Independent working areas with (5) pin stops locate in the rear of the machine & (1) pin stop located on each side of the machine; stops can be fitted with "quick fit" mushroom clamps for clamping of small or awkward shaped parts. Max. programmable speed for "X" & "Y" axis is 225 FPM (75 MPM), "Z" axis 90 FPM (30 MPM); "X" axis travels on high precision prismatic STAR guides & ground helical rack, "Y" & "Z" axes travel via high precision prismatic STAR guides & precision hardened ground ball screw.
