Including pneumatic chipbreakers and pressure elements. Outboard bearings on spindles 1,4,5 and 6. Pedestal for spindle controls. Straight knife jointer spindle #1,4, 5 & 6. Profile jointer's spindles #2,3,4,5 and 6.Feed: Variable speed from 20-200 FPM; 25 HP motor. Remote pedestal with control panel for material handling operation 3.5m cable. Powered table rollers (3); (1) at infeed , (1) between top spindles and (1) at outfeed.Tables: Infeed table 700MM with (2) rollers above and one table (serrated) with pneumatic side pressure roller; Auto-table lubrication pump. Chromed tables and fences. Outfeed table plate adjustable to .5MM.Note: Machine still in production connected to power. |
