The machine is designed for milling grooves in straight elements of frame structures to connect two elements at an angle of 90 Â°. Milling for a cross connection takes place in one working cycle with the upper, lower and third grooving units. It is possible to process both rectangular blanks in cross-section and profiled blanks. UNDER CONTRACT Working dimensions: Width 6 MM (0.23") - 80 MM (3.149"); height 8 MM (0.31") - 50 MM (1.968") and stop length max. 1200 MM (47.25"). Digital setting. Cutters: A1 upper milling unit 90°; A2 lower cutting unit 90°; A3 rear miling unit counter profile and A4 front milling unit. Motors: (2) 1.1 Kw with 6600 RPM. Note: Tooling included as shown.
