Infeed: New roll covers and infeed belt. Makor Model TE-3000 transfer conveyor with a (2) speed drive motor and belt dimension of 6" x 120". (4) infeed transfer chains. Spray unit: working dimension up to 7-7/8" wide. Makor model CSP-6 spray unit with (3) NEW Deviblis spray guns with separate pressure controls for each gun,. Included in enclosure; filter and waste system. 3 HP (2) speed drive for belt conveyor 6" x 39"; includes (2) powered rollers 6" wide. Discharge conveyor 6' x 55" at outfeed end. New PLC control unit to automatically regulate the opening-and-closing intervals for the spray according to the speed & length of the part. . All new rollers recent. 1 " ARO fluid pump; including all new fluid lines and air lines. Line can run up to 500 FPM. Stacker unit: New PLC and feed rollers Makor model ACA4 finish stacker for material dimensions; length 60" to 144" and material width up to 6".
