This slightly older machine is still running well; 12" working width with outboard bearings and ATS positioning of left and top spindles.
Spindle configuration: (B-T-R-L-T-B)Working cap: 12” x 4-3/4”Motors: B-20 HP, R-15 HP, L-15 HP, T-40 HP,T-25 HP and B-20 HP.Spindles: Dia. 1-13/16” at 6,000 RPM’s with mechanical readouts all spindles. Including pneumatic chipbreakers and pressure elements. Outboard bearings on spindles 1,4,5 and 6. ATS (Auto tool set) for left and top spindles linked.Feed: Variable speed from 20-120 FPM; 15 HP motor. Remote pedestal with control panel for material handling operation. Powered rollers (2) from top and (1) bottom roller prior to first bottom. Additional rollers between top and after last bottom.Tables: Infeed table 6'-6" with side pressure roller; (3) powered table rollers; one prior to first bottom, between top spindles and at outfeed (full width); chromed tables before and after first bottom and fences; Manual table lubrication pump and central lubrication.Note: Machine still connect to power for short time for inspection. |
