4 head shape and sand. All heads counter-rotating / reversible and adjustable. Includes original manual, sanding discs and other pieces shown. ON HOLD FOR PAYMENT (2) Main Shaper heads - 7.5 HP BALDOR CW/CCW reversible motors independently controlled. Variable speed range from 6,000 to 7,500 RPM. 1-1/4" non-tilting spindle diameter with 5" stacking capacity, Pneumatic position adjustment with (3) position height stops. Shaper Heads are adjustable - vertical and horizontal and can be positioned to be jumped if desired. The shaper heads can be pneumatically adjusted into or out of the material, either as a set or individually. This enables you to jump a station or to set up each head with 2 different profiles without the need to change cutters each time you switch between those profiles. The sanding heads function the same way but the adjustments are done manually. (2) Sanding Heads -1 HP BALDOR CW/CCW reversible motors independently controlled. Variable speed range from 0 - 1,500 RPM. 1" non-tilting spindle with 5" stacking capacity for max of 8" diameter sanding discs. Sanding heads are individually adjustable - vertical and horizontal and have numeric position indicators in 0.001" increments. Both sanding stations have 6 air jets per station to clean discs and minimize build up.
