Two movable blade rip saw with infeed and TIMBERMAX software
Infeed: RAIMECH infeed system via belt feed conveyor 24" x 120" length. Operator positions the board on the conveyor, the solution is determined for best results and board feeds into saw. Saw belt driven by 1 HP motor. Includes removable roller and fixed fence.
Saw: KR310 2M with (2) movable blades. Working dimension up to 12-1/4" width.Positioning system, including geared motor, for continuous adjustment of 2 moving saw blades. Movement by threaded ball screw. Electronic height adjustment via push button. 15 mw laser lights.
Arbor: "QUICK FIX" arbor for fast changeovers. diameter 3-1/8" hydraulic set up for saw change. Saw dia. 10" to 14-7/8".
Motor: 50 HP V belt drive; with cutting shaft set at 3900 RPM.
CNC Positioning: TIMBERMAX 3.0 Control and Optimizing system for positioning and optimizing of movable blades. Includes: Industrial PC with color monitor for displaying parameters for setting and optimization. Multi-functional joystick mounted on a separate stand mobile, for the measurement of widths and the marking of qualities; Mobile laser axis for measuring board widths; (1) joystick per moving axis, for moving the blades continuously optimizes throughput over material yield, value added and productivity.
