900 watt Radiant system of heat sealing; high efficiency, low friction sealing results in lower maintenance costs. PID temp controller provides a visual readout of the temperature. High degree of reliability rated at IP66. Holds temps steady to within +/- 2 degrees Celcius. Controller and switches are house in a separate sealed pod on the infeed side for easy access. Electrics from controls housed in a separate IP54/IP66 control box within the rear housing; allows machine to be used in difficult dusty, damp and wet environments. Fully accessible, quick release fastenings on major components for reduced maintenance time. Teflon coated or polished radiant bars allow an ability to seal a wide range of materials. Tough powder coated electroplated components help provide good corrosion resistance. Tamper-proof limit swtich ensures safe isolation of power suppply when the hinged convers are opened. Ergonomic infeed mouldings allow easy feeding of bags.
