  • Equipped with: (2) Power feed wheels that automatically carry the door over the 5 HP motor edge beveler; (2) flap sanding heads that ease the corners.
  • Combination lock-set borer for strike edge & borer for face with backing plate; top-mounted hinge-plate router assembly for hinge mortise on door, and jamb with adjustable pneumatic clamping system built into the mortising "carriage".
  • Includes: Powered 2-speed height adjustment rack for variable door widths with pneumatic door and jamb clamp assembly on router carriage; accepts 1-3/4" doors with applied mouldings to 2-1/4" O.A. thickness.
  • Complete with: All electronic controlled electrical motors, cutterhead mandrels with spares, latch drill assembly, router & router carriage, sander wheels, tool & accessory trays.
  • Features: (3) Adjustable pneumatic torque drills on upper hanging carrige roller rack and automatic oiler for the system's working parts.
