MAKOR K-two 2017 6' wide Spray Line!! A 2017 MAKOR K-2 6' wide Automatic Sprayer. Uniformity of painting are the main features of the K-2 sprayer. Handled by a touch screen monitor, there is high productivity savings on coating material. Hybrid Feed Belt A solvent resistant forward feed belt transport in anti-static material easy to clean. The material scrape (squeegee) cleans the belt at the downside of the out-feed, so it returns to the application ares, completely clean. This is great for water based materials or UV material. A paper belt is also outfitted to this machine. This is good for solvent based material and saves on disposal costs! The paper rollers roll out from under the in-feed and out-feed areas for ease of access. The spraying system consists of 2 oscillating arms, each is electronically controlled. Both arms have 4 guns and two paint circuits. The spraying area (booth) maintains perfect pressurization which is important to the cleanliness of your product finish. Flexibility, reliability, user-friendly low running costs: ideal solution for just in time production.
