A great add to any defecting saw for cross cut defecting of knots and dimensional measuring accuracy. Camera defecting: (4) Four IVP grey scale cameras for knot detection and dimension control. LED lighting for IVP. Color detection: (4)-sided color detection with color cameras. LED lighting for color cameras. Scanning: Random width Scanner capable of widths of 1.625” up to 8.5 inches wide. Scanner measures width of board inbound and the camera set shifts - so that each board is in focus and read in the center. Computer: Full Optimization Luxscan software with four computers for optimization. PC anywhere for remote diagnostic support. Note: Seller was operating this machine in parallel with a Dimter Opticut 350 Optimizing saw. Reason for upgrade needed wide application and adding x-ray.
