Spindle configuration: (B-T-R/L-T-B)

Working cap:  13” x 6”

Motors: B-20 HP, T-30 HP, R-15 HP/ L-20 HP (OPPOSING), T-25 HP, and B-25 HP. 

Spindles: Dia. 1-13/16” at 7,200 RPM’s with mechanical readouts all spindles. Rex 705B QUIK TRUSET for left and top spindles. Including pneumatic chipbreakers and pressure elements.  Vertical spindle travel 3.17" up/down. Outboard bearings on spindles 1,2,5 and 6.

Jointer(s): Straight knife jointers- Top heads 2 and 5; bottom 6. Profile jointers Right, left and second top. Cassette set up stand.

Feed:  VFD speed from 20-200 FPM; 15 HP motor. Remote pedestal with control panel for material handling operation. Powered rollers (2) from top and (1) bottom roller prior to first bottom. Additional rollers between top and after last bottom.

Tables: Infeed table 4'-0" with side pressure roller; chromed tables, fences and chipbreakers. Auto-table lubrication pump.

includes: CANTEK JF 330 A Profile grinder to 13" wide. (1) set of heads to 13: max width.
