This edgebander is single sided with the IMA ICOS operator interface. The system has a 2 coil magazine along with a variable speed track, and a belt pressure beam. The machine has the following stations: 2 motor premilling 2 motor end trimming straight and bevel 2 motor rough milling 4 motor corner rounding top and bottom glue scraper top and bottom profile scraper 2 motor buffing station 1 open space for an additional station. The system can feed coil material from 0.40 mm to 3 mm and up to 12 mm in solid strip thickness. |
