Saw: 12" cutting width with 20" sawblade. bore diameter 30mm. Cutting tolerance +-_ 0.8mm - 1.5MM Optimizing: Width measuring and Length measuring with fluorescent cameras for 3 grades. Conveyor belt to saw via servo motor independent from the saw to reduce board gap. Automatic cross cut with built in waste pit. Graphical input terminal with VGA display with numerical block and function keys. Processing for (16) product groups, (8) grades, (800) fixed lengths and production stats. Feed system: Infeedtable16'-6" of belt length for 20'6" material length with marking station. Feed speed up to 795 FPM with cutting speed 0.7-1.2 sec. Outfeed table 33'-0" with 5 kickers.
