Programming: IBM Pentium 330 PC-20 processor with 14" VGA screen and keyboard allowing for 900 programmable shapes including auto center for different lengths.

Heads: First shaping head with 15 HP motor aith invertor for RPM control; Second and third heads with 10 HP motor with variable RPM's from 4,000 -8,000 RPM. All heads with 35 MM x 3-15/16" long spindles. Tilting 0-90° with CNC control up to 60°.

Positioning: Right head fixed with second track positioning to 39-3/8" maximum width adjustment. Both feed tracks with overhead continous hold-downs; disappearing dogs 23-5/8" OC; and motorized right hand fence to 9-7/8" minimum with brake for accurate positioning.

Feed speed: Variable feed speed 13-99 FPM; transport chains covered with white rubber non staining/oil resistant pads; auto lubrication with air oiled regulators for transport chains,slides and base.

Controls: Separate control cabinet ; full sound enclosure and dust hoods.
