BRANDT KD-77 2C Edgebander with Corner Rounding: 1/2" (0.4 - 12 mm) Edge cap., min. panel width 2-1/2" (65 mm), min. length 6-3/8" (160 mm), panel thickness min 5/16" (8 mm) to max 2" (50 mm); hot melt glue system w/underneath tank and reversible rotation glue roller, automatic magazine for strip & coil stock, 3 mm PVC guillotine, 4-roll pressure zone. Workstations: Double motor end trim (0.33 HP - 12,000 RPM), chamfers 0° - 15³; Top & bottom flush/radius trim, bevels 0° - 25° (0.75 HP - 12,000 RPM motor each). 2-Motor corner round (0.5 HP - 12,000 RPM) Top & bottom Scraper for thick PVC; T & B buffing (0.25 HP - 1,400 RPM motor each). End trim, flush trim & have HF motors w/electronic brakes and are equipped with mechanical digital readouts for quick setup & adjustment; feed speed 42 FPM. Complete with: Operator control panel, sound enclosure, heated infeed fence, line control for all workstation functions (no limit switches); 200 Hz frequency converter and used tooling. Glue pot recently completely overhauled. Main control panel recently serviced by Brandt with new bios chip and control chip programming.
