This unit includes a right angle infeed conveyor for feeding; and a full length return conveyor with a 6" (150mm) working dimension width wise. Motor: 20 HP on the head with 2 HP feed drive motor. The head incorporates a fixed height conveyor and precision blade height adjustments. Sawblade: Thin kerf technology .067" kerf generates significantly less sawdust yielding more sellable lumber. Spring tensioning blade tensioning system. Dynamically balanced all steel band wheels. Blade dimensions .035" x 1" x 14' 2". Belt: Powered Roughtop belt with powered top rollers provides positive stock feed with variable feed speed from 20-120 feet per minute. |
