- Pos. 2 (2) in-Line Brushing /Denibbing Machine,DELLE VEDOVE Model Brushtech 6: Enables automatic preparation (bushing and or denibbing operations) of whitewood linear profiles prior to coating application, rubber conveyor belt, variable adjustable speed from 66 - 164 FPM, adjustable upper holdown devices. Brushing/Denibbbing Machine is equipped with: (6) Wheel units ( for right, four top and side brushing , 900 RPM brushing speed, accepts top wheel size 250 mm x 305 mm,. 12" Wheel x 10": side wheel size 250 mm x 100 mm (4 x 10"). horizontal and vertical wheel unit adjustment by means of slide. Equipped with a dust extraction hood for each brush. Options Included: Drive System of each Brush is upgraded with variable speed capabilities from 900- 1,200 RPM.
- Pos. 3 In-Line Profile Moulding Spray Machine, FALCIONI PROFIPLUS 339: Provides automatic 3-side application of coating material to a range of molding profiles (architectural, furniture, picture frame, etc.) booth enclosure for protection of spray chamber with access door; equipped to install (9) spray guns in a (3+3+3) configuration; each spray gun is independently controlled and setup ( one air circuit for each gun) enabling full application flexibility. (3) High pressure coating supply circuits are easily cleaned for quick product changeover; exhaust air stream. -- (3) Over spray collection and recovery tanks are easily removable for cleaning: conveying rollers through application chamber are removable for ease of cleaning; in-feed and out-feed belt conveyor with variable speed drive. Control unit enables electronic setting and control of spray gun operation. - Pos. 4 Combination Oven System provides an environment of: FALCIONI MODELS FMFP/21R 6500/7000 + FMT 180/6500/8000/7: Combination Oven system provides an environment with ambient temperature laminar flow air movement for flash-off, high velocity hot air movement with (2) banks of infrared lamps for drying of applied coating material. -- Hot waster heat ex changers with automatic temperature adjustment unit supplies and maintains heated air to oven. Conveyor transport system with in-feed roller section supports incoming workpiece; in-feed roller section moves down to convey workpiece to cross-transfer chains; (7) cross-transfer chains carry moulodings parallel to line flow. Out -feed roller section moves vertically to accept workpiece from cross-transfer chains and transverse to Pos. 5 for further processing.
- Pos. 5 Belt Transfer Conveyor, FALCIONI FMN 5000: Spacing conveyor prevents parts from being under (2) processing machines at one time, increases process quality.
