This machine has the updated MCS Evolution operator interface (new controller with up to date software) This rear loading machine has the following properties Cutting Width 3300 mm (130") Cutting Length 3300 mm (130") Cutting height 100 mm (Almost 4") Maximum board size for infeed 1550mm (61") x 3100 mm (122") and an approximatly 830 mm (32"") high stack. The main saw has been wired for HP upgrade. The system has a powered infeed conveyor, which will feed the powered lift table rollers, when the last sheet of that lift is used. The machine has 1 stationary air table with squaring fence and the other 2 sliding air tables, are mobile (left to right sliding). The feeder unit has clamps that can be repositioned, and the push off carriage has 2 spindles, along with 2 interior table book aligners and and strip aligner at the cross fence from the pressure beam. |
