This machine has a 2 coil magazine, along with an EVA glue pot. The operator interface is the ICOS Light Controller Windows based with a touch screen. The machine can band a substraight with minimum of 12 mm thickness and a maximum of 55 mm high The coiled banding can be fed from 0.40mm up to 3mm. The single strip feeder can feed laminate, or solid wood up to 16mm thick. The pressure belt allows for a stronger grip on the panels. The bander has the following stations: 2 motor premilling 2 motor end trimming with both straight and bevel adjustment 2 motor rough milling station 2 motor MMU corner rounding and fine milling station Top and bottom profile scrapers Top and bottom glue scrapers 2 motor buffing station |
