Working capacity min. 20 mm (3/4") to max. 1,245mm (49") long x 40 mm (1- 9/16") max. thick material. This machine has always used water only with pre-glued dowels. PC front end with Windows 98se; 2GB hard drive, 32meg Ram, 15" VGA monitor, network card. Equipped with HOMATIC IPC controller and WOODWOP 4.5 as well as WEEKE BEKWork Barcode reading software. Machine is set up for 8 mm dia. x 35 mm long dowels (additional dowel sizes optional), automatic vibrating feed hopper. Two separate stations allow for processing two parts independently on the left hand or right hand stops as well as one large piece as required with no additional setup. The software allows for program design with automatic mirror image. The X-axis is computer controlled and positioned via a large diameter precision ball screw and dual rail heavy linear guides. Height adjustment of the aggregates is accomplished using a manual adjustment with precision digital readout. Optional BEKWork barcode reading software and a barcode scanner. When programs are downloaded, the software will setup to scan the appropriately designated program code on the part label and automatically load the program making it ready to go. Programs may be manually entered as well using the intuitive graphical program interface. Operation and programming is simple and straightforward. Using foot paddle activation plus left and right field activation buttons, work can be loaded in one field while it is being machined in the other allowing for fast production of varying parts. |
