Including pneumatic chipbreakers and pressure elements. Outboard bearings on spindles 4-6. WEINIG ATS-E auto positioning for left and top spindles.Jointer: Profile jointers spindles 2 and 3; Straight knife jointer spindles 5 and 6 auto indexing.Feed: Variable speed from 20-120 FPM; 15 HP motor. Powered rollers (2) top and (1) bottom roller prior to first bottom spindle. Additional rollers between top and after last bottom full width.Tables: Infeed table 4'0" (1.2M) with side pressure roller; Manual table lubrication pump.Note: Machine still under power for next few weeks. |
