-This is an EXCELLENT machine in VERY CLOSE TO NEW CONDITION -43" finishing sander with 2 X Orbital Pads and 1 X Fladder blade head. -Feed speed 5 - 20 FPM -Vacuum conveyor belt -32" to 38" variable height pass line NOTE-1st head is 5" orbital pad 1,950RPM (Rebuilt by Timesavers in 2014) NOTE-2nd head is 5" orbital pad 1,950RPM (Rebuilt by Timesavers in 2014) NOTE-Cost of 2014 head rebuilds by Timesavers was $25,000.00. -3rd head is 12" diameter fladder. Rotation speed variable 300 - 900RPM. Rotation against feed direction -Watt meter to show percentage of main orbit motor load. -Over thick shut off system -Mechanical digital readout thickness opening indicator -Interlocks located on all access doors -In-feed and out-feed rubber-covered hold down rolls -Hour meter -Grit impregnated bristle brush complete with motor, push buttons, starter and dust hood -Four (4) precision 2-ton jack screws for thickness adjusting -Emergency stop system including in-feed pinch point protection and palm buttons -Electric controls mounted on belt loading side -Across-the-line magnetic starters with 110 volt controls and overload protection -Variable A.C. frequency -Vacuum bed.
