1-used TIMESAVERS 337-6RP CONTOUR DENIBBING SANDER. 36 in. width capacity, (1) head with (6) 0.5HP counter rotating arbors mounted on a central rotating drive assembly, variable assembly rotation from 12-35 RPM. Spindles are 12 in. long x 2 in. diameter, equipped with abrasive fladder disc type brush, 12 in. dia variable arbor speed from 100-1,200 RPM with LED readout for RPM. Conveyor belt feed speed from 15-45 FPM. In-feed and out-feed hold-down pinch rolls, 0-6 in. motorized part thickness opening with mechanical digital readout. Controls on belt loading side, RPM readouts for spindle speed, magnetic starters and perimeter safety stop bar. Only 4,000 hours on the machine. |
