General Specifications: - Touch screen with HMI controller - Auto set-up device with electronic digital thickness readout - 103" abrasive belt length - Oscillating abrasive belt air blow off clean system - 24" infeed conveyor loading area & 21" outfeed conveyor (add on extension on Front) - 1st head: 30 HP, , 8" rubber contact drum This machine is set-up to run on 208 V - Variable speed abrasive belts via VFD, (for whitewood or sealer sanding) - Programmable "pop-up" contact drums - .75 HP cleaning brush over outfeed (Brand new one installed) - 2 HP, (15 to 45) ft/min. variable conveyor feed, (via VFD) - Vacuum feed conveyor belt (like new condition)
- (1) 6" & (2) 8" diameter dust-outlets This machine requires a 15 HP, Pressure blower when using the vacuum bed We do not have a vac pump or hoses, but they are easily found on Ebay for 1500 or less. Vacuum beds are used to keep the short pieces held down when they are shorter than the span of the hold down rollers.....If you are sanding parts that are under 6" long, you will need the vac pump. This machine has a new HMI (interface screen) and Timesavers has replaced PLC battery and updated the programming in the machine. We also put a brand new cleaning brush on it ($3000) This machine has 1100 hours!! |
