GENERAL DESCRIPTION The automatic through-feed spraying machine mod. "COMPACT SPRAY Plus" consists of: Infeed and outfeed drive roller conveyor system. Central belt conveyor in the spray area. The conveyor belt in special material, to work with lacquers and stains,and a patented combined lacquer recovery system for recovery and cleanung of the conveyor. Therecovery systen is mounted on trolley and extractable from the machine to make cleaning operations easier. Lacquer application system consisting of a reciprocator with double arm drive by brush-less motor and sliding on a high precision prismatic guide. The two arms are equipped with guns holder supporting up to max four guns each with three lacquer circuits. Based on the type of product as well as the grams to be applied, it is possible to use three different types of guns (no included in the supply):
Pressurized spray booth. In welded and painted steel framework, with glass sidewalls opening on both sides. the booth is also equipped with an inspection window on the work piece infeed side as well as an illuminated wall on the work piece outfeed side. The pressurization system consists of two air intake blowing fans combined with a pre-filtering system, allowing easy access for inspection, as well as filtering roof inside the booth. Exhaust system with double stage dry filters and exhaust ventilator. Photocell reading bar system with electronic control: by PLC with Touch Screen mounted on board of the machine.
Machine execution according to the European norms, suitable to be used with solvent-based lacquers. The correct use of the machine keeps the area with risk of explosion (Zone 2) inside the machine. Execution according to USA UL standards and voltage 480V / 60 Hz READING BAR WITH PLC AND TOUCH SCREEN CONTROL ON BOARD OF MACHINE.

Execution of the pipe fittings for two circuits in stainless steel, Instead of galvanized. 1 additional material feeding circuit with pipe fitting in stainless steel, complete with hoses and distributor. Transparent cover on the outfeed roller conveyor. Active 3rd circuit. Includes solenoids and other controls, and one set of quick change connectors on the piping (lair and fluid) for the circuit, and the guns holders and mounting bracket with guick release, Guns and Pump not included.
