GREAT RECONDITIONED HIGH QUALITY RF PRESS FOR EDGEAND FACE LAMINATING. MACHINE WAS DISASSBLED AND REBUILT FROM THE FRAME UP. CALL FOR AVAILABILITY Working dimensions: glue capacity 120" long x 42" wide x 6-1/2" high. Clamp capacity 120" x 67". Orientation feeding right to left (see layout drawing). Loading height is 39" Reconditioned generator: 30 kW generator that will efficiently cure 3,000 square inches of glue line per minute of cure time. The press is completely shielded and includes state of the art components. Controls: Auto power control eliminates the need to manually adjust power; eliminating human error associated with power settings. Automated cycling will automatically start the clamping and curing cycle once a new charge placed in the press. With the machine placed in the automatic mode the press only opens enough for the next charge to be loaded to minimize set up times and clamping. The unit includes a free standing control pedestal for operation. Included cycle timer, two meter readings, indicator and trouble shooting lights as well control push buttons. Safety control: All controls monitored by a Allen Bradley programmable logic controller. All PLC controls are fused. System audible alarm to alert operator of system shutting down. Infeed/Outfeed tables: Layup infeed table with heavy stainless steel work surface. Loading area measures 132" x 47" and equipped with with a heavy duty 3phase AC drive invertor. The carriage is activated by control buttons. Once the load has been automatically loaded into the press the carriage retracts to the starting position. Loading and carriage retraction plus rate of travel automatically controlled. Outfeed: Dead roll out feed table for panel discharge. Pressing units: Side pressure applied by (24( 2" bore x 6" hydraulic cylinders with 3,000 PSI with a single control up or down to provide equal clamping pressure to the work piece. The system is set up with a special clamping system for straight parts utilizing with (2) parallel bars. The common bar is removable. Top pressure applied by (5) 2" bore NFPA hydraulic cylinders. The breathe cycle relaxes the applied pressure while the cylinders retract. Hydraulic pump 15 HP operates a 3-20 GMP pump. Includes relief valve for high pressure spikes as well as system malfunctions. The pump is complete with filtration, oil level, temperature and pressure gauges. Includes: Black Bros. 2006 Model 775 SPR (rebuilt) glue applicator. 26" glue capacity, featuring a "V" pattern grooving roll. Sola HD transformer Model DT651H40s 40 kva 460d-230y 100 AMPS.
