Singulator chain deck works in tandem with fence positioning. (4) lasers with (2) movable blades and working dimensions from 4'0" to 16'0" in length. Saw: 50 HP with feed speed up to 118 FPM. Quick fix arbor for blade changeover or positioning. Driven out feed roller with (4) sets of anti-kickback fingers. 7-8 boards per minute based on 10' lengths. Note: Only 1652 hours on this machine can be seen in production. |
