A very rare find in North America…….because these are pretty pricey new! Luckily this one is pre-owned and in very good condition. Not to mention the fact that it comes with 39 clamps. Basically each side/face has 3 sides with squaring channel that is 3-7/8″ deep. The capacity between this channel is 137″ wide X 56″ tall. You can use this space to clamp one large work-piece and consider this a “4 zone clamp” OR you can split the 137″ to whatever dimension you want and create up to “8 zones.” You can do this because on each side you have 2 pairs of pneumatic controls. Meaning one pair per side for the vertical clamps and one pair for the horizontal clamps. Meaning 4 total pairs per side for a total of 16 controls so you can have flexibility in how you set up the clamp. They are also separated out in pairs to the left and right of the clamp. Further more the carousel is spun via a hydraulic brake motor which allows you to stop the carousel at any angle for operator comfort. |
