1-used OPTI-SAND L202 ABRASIVE BRUSH FEED THRU SANDER. (4) heads with (2) top and (2) side heads using standard abrasive heads or cored brush loadings. 11-3/4 in. width and 4 in. height capacity. 1st and 2nd Heads: (2) overhead counter-rotating arbors, 12 in. long x 12 in. max dia. sanding discs. Heads tilt up to 15 degrees and 1 HP motor for 100-1,000 RPM arbor rotation. 2nd and 3rd Heads: (2) side mounted abrasive/brush heads (1) on each side, heads tilt and adjust in and out, 6 in. long x 8 in. dia. max. sanding discs. .5 HP motor drives each arbor with inverter for variable 100-1,000 RPM arbor rotation. Feed Systems: 0-5 in. max. part height adjustment, (2) .25 HP DC motor drives w/ variable feed speed 10-100 FPM, (6) full width overhead soft rubber pressure rollers. Cleaned and checked. |
