Curtain coater B2 is constructed for use in larger and smaller industries, rendering an efficient and quick surface treatment of workpieces such as wood, metal, glass, and plastics. Coats flat objects (only) such as shelves, bookcases, steel plate, gypsum, doors, skirting boards, flooring, panels and bed rails. Exchangable head of 15 mm aluminium with lips of stainless steel. Can be opened. Independent mobile coating section. 100 percent efficient with fluid recycling back to pump. Easy clean-up by rolling out the station, removing and cleaning the head before lowering into solvent or water bath. 4 to 5 Minutes for cleanup. Works with a very small amount of coating. THIS MACHINE WAS SPECIAL ORDERED AND SET UP WITH GROWTH TO A LARGER SIZE ALREADY BUILT IN TO THE MACHINE. NEVER USED AND READY FOR SALE. |
