LANCASTER 83″ X 42″ X 6″ CABINET DOOR, WINDOW, & FRAME CLAMP: This is a “brute” of a clamp. A single pneumatic piston assembly weighs in at around 65 lbs. The frame and even the support arms are made of cast. The pneumatic cylinders are 6″ in diameter and all the internal parts like u-cups and rod wiper seals are standard in size and readily available if you ever need to rebuild them. Why does this matter? Because this clamp is built to run 24-7 for pretty much ever and if anything has an issue it is simple to replace. Besides being bullet proof this clamp has a 83″ X 42″ capacity and a depth of 6″. That is a very hard depth to find. It can also adjust down to as small as inches in the singe digits. The width is adjusted via pins in the end clamps and end stops while the height is counter weighted and motorized for ease of adjustment.
