HMD automatic planer Working dimensions: 16" (405MM) x 12" (300MM) with minimum length of 54". Spindles: (4) at 12HP with straight knife Tersa heads with disposable knives. Chip removal up to .47" (12MM) on all 4 sides with digital console display for settings. Feed speed: Variable speed up to 66 FPM, pinch roller activates pneumatically at infeed to engage workpiece into machine. Includes infeed and outfeed conveyors 20'6". Console: LED Screen for input of finish dimensions. Positioning control, clamping and feeding. Note: Planer includes chamfering head capabilities for all (4) sides. 1.1 KW motors for each chamfering unit. K1 Joinery System (Controller upgraded to K2) Working dimension: 16" (405MM) x 12" (300MM) with minimum length of 54". Joinery head: (4) axis 10 HP universal mill with interchangeable end mill (dovetail). Combination support for horizontal tools. (2) independent horizontal and (2) vertical drills. Includes lower horizontal pivoting drill. Chain mortise slot cutter unit. Lower table swival cross-cut saw. Wood length measuring. 11 arm storage table.
