1-used FM-200S 6- STATION FLETCHER MACHINE SHAPE AND SAND MACHINE. Base- 60 in. infeed x 12 in. fixed opening, 12 in. wide feed-chains. Snap-in Dogs on 10 in. centers, ¼ in. high on inside of chains. Stations 1-2: Top and bottom tilting tenon heads powered by 10 HP, 3,600 motors. Arbors are 35mm keyed diameter x 5-3/8 in. long with ends of arbors threaded for locking nuts. Max. diameter of cutter-head is 12 in. to fit inside of guard. Tenon heads are mounted on dovetail slide casting affixed to a cast iron column with dovetailed slides and provides both vertical and horizontal adjustments. This station includes off-set tilting. Both stations include 2-axis digital readouts. Station 3: High speed tilting shaper head powered by 10HP, 3,600RPM motors and are gear-belt driven to 7,200RPM. Max. diameter of cutter-head is 10 in. to fit inside the guard. Shaper is mounted on dovetail slide and provides both vertical and horizontal movement. This station is equipped with 2-axis electronic digital read-outs, electronic motor brake and tilt. Wall mounted 12 in. long polished anvil with height and tilt adjustments. Environment Enclosure: Stations 1-3 are protected by the environment enclosure. Each tool station is guarded and provided with individual dust extraction. Stations 4-6: Composite tilting wheel sanding stations are powered by 2HP motors with AC variable speed from 300-2,400 RPM. They have 1-1/4 in. diameter arbors that accept sever different styles of wheels. It is mounted on dovetailed castings for vertical and horizontal adjustments. Sanding stations are equipped with 2-axis digital read-outs and reversing. Auto indexing of sanding wheels controlled by lineal footage counter. Outboard stock supports and piece counter. Machine also comes with air table top assembly (vacuum top) drop to a 30’ Hytrol return conveyor (1HP) |
