OLDER MACHINE STILL RUNNING GOOD. NEED THAT EXTRA PRODUCTION AND A LEFT TO RIGHT FEED.
Left hand working Working dimensions: Width 1-1/4" to 7-7/8"; thickness 3/8" to 3.25" and lengths 16" to 20'-6". Motors: Saw 10 HP at 3,600 RPM; servo 10 HP and outfeed belt 3 HP. Saw: 20" sawblade. bore diameter 30mm. Cutting tolerance +-_ 0.8mm - 1.5MM Optimizing: Width measuring and Length measuring with fluorescent cameras for 3 grades. Conveyor belt to saw via servo motor independent from the saw to reduce board gap. Automatic cross cut with built in waste pit. Graphical input terminal with VGA display with numerical block and function keys. Processing for (16) product groups, (8) grades, (800) fixed lengths and production stats. Presently Operational off a PC Computer. Feed system: Infeed table 16'-6" of belt length for 20'6" material length with marking station. Feed speed up to 795 FPM with cutting speed 0.7-1.2 sec. Outfeed table 33'-0" with 5 kickers. Note: Machine in operational condition being "SOLD AS IS". |
