DIMTER OPTICUT 104-R OPTIMIZING SAW - PUSH FEEDIdeal for cut to length and defecting with crayon marking. Working dimensions: Width 4" - 12"; thickness 3-1/2" and length to 16'. CNC: OPTICOM "DIRECT" software for auto detection of working lengths; selection of cut lists and selection of defects via flourescent crayon marks. Ability to process up to (4) lumber grades. (SEE NOTE) Saw: 6.0 HP with saw rotation of 2900 RPM. Bore dia: 2" with max. blade diameter of 20". Pusher bar arm: 3 HP motor with precision accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm. Cutting time 1.4-2.0 sec. Feed speed up to 297 FPM. Tables: Infeed Length for 20' material. Outfeed 16' belt conveyor with NO kickers for length sorts. Note: Upgrade MillVision 2017, motor and bearing rebuilt also in 2017. Touchscreen does not work, seller installed his own PC that works fine for crayon marking and cut to length programming. ADDITIONAL PARTS INCLUDED. Out feed belt needs to be replaced.
