CNC: OPTICOM "DIRECT" software for auto detection of working lengths; selection of cut lists and selection of defects via flourescent crayon marks. Ability to process up to (4) lumber grades. Saw: 6.0 HP with saw rotation of 2900 RPM. Bore dia: 2" with max. blade diameter of 20". Pusher bar: 3 HP motor with precision accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm. Cutting time 1.4-2.0 sec. Feed speed up to 297 FPM. Tables: Infeed Length for 20' material. Outfeed 33' belt wit (5) kickers for length sorts. Includes: 2003 INKJET VideoJet 43S labeling system for ink marking on cut pieces. Great way for inventory control and part sorting.
