All heads are equipped with oscillating & rotating blowers for sanding belt cleaning. Feed system: -- Constant passline. -- Variable conveyor feed drive 5 - 25 m/Min (16 - 82 FPM). -- Vacuum bed assembly with suction fan 5 kW (7,5 HP). -- Part thickness 3 - 160 mm (1/8" to 6-5/16") by programmable motorized height adjustment with LED readout of conveyor bed assembly. Machine management system: -- "PCM B" Computer with screen controls sander functions. Storage for multiple sanding programs.
Complete with: -- Intermittent air blast abrasive belt cleaners on all heads. -- 1,375 x 2,620 mm (54" x 103") abrasive belts on contact roll and platen heads. -- Infeed and outfeed spring loaded hold-down shoes on all heads. -- Air caliper disc brakes on all sanding heads. -- Emergency stops front & back.
