Reciprocating Spray Machine 
Cefla Model Easy D 
Simplistic machine design and operational features make this the ideal solution for companies beginning automatic spraying in a flat line finishing environment. 
Many of Cefla's innovative and patented features are utilized in the Easy D. While these features were designed around today's increasingly stringent environmental regulations they also provide many ecological and economical benefits over existing manual and automatic spray systems. 
Ecological and economical features: 
• a continuous width (65") carbon fiber belt enables the recovery of over sprayed coating material for reuse 
• many coatings can be reused which results in an increased transfer efficiency and economy of paint usage 
• a more uniform coating application utilizing the "back spray" technique produces an enhanced quality of finish 
• superior edge coating is achieved when oversprayed coating is diverted (a bounce effect) from the carbon fibre belt to the panel edges 
• exhaust air filtration system reduces solid particulate matter from air exhausted stream 
• use of dry filters in exhaust air filtration system limit operational maintenance costs versus water filtration systems for specific coating materials, and no water treatment system, chemicals or disposal are required 
• the ideal system of air filtration when spraying conventional solvent based coating materials or materials which can be dried quickly by air 

Machine features: 
• automatic air flow system monitors and maintains consistent air flow through spray booth, when filters become too plugged to maintain sufficient air flow, system operation is ceased for safety 
• spray system utilizes two (2) reciprocating trolleys each driven by a high tech, brushless DC servo-motor for safety and optimum control of reciprocating action, thereby providing a consistent spray speed and pattern across entire conveyor width 
• electronic control unit utilizes a sixty (60) cell photodiode bar to monitor and regulate spray application, further maximizing application transfer efficiency 
• spray system is designed to accept eight (8) spray guns 
• machine equipped with two (2) coating supply circuits with recycle
