2005; Pos.1: In-feed belt conveyor type: MTB-35000 (approximately 11’6” long) Solvent resistant in-feed belt is designed for feeding of material into: Sanding machines, Spray machines, Roll Coater, Curtain Coater, Etc. Pos.2: Surface Cleaning and Dusting System (approximately 2’10” long) The surface-cleaning machine is designed for automatic cleaning of wooden surfaces, specifically all deep pored wood species. It will also clean edges, raised panel doors and molding components. The parts are transported automatically and continuously through the surface cleaning machine via the above non-slip conveyor belt. Height is manually adjustable. Vacuum is provided by a Disa S-750 collection system. Pos.3: Spray Machine Type: Rotoclean G4 (approximately 13’3” long) The Rotoclean Spray machine is the most efficient, transfer efficient spray machine available. This machine is 22% more transfer efficient than reciprocating spray machines. The Rotoclean G4 spray machine is designed for applying stain, lacquers and other coatings with automatic spray guns. It is equipped with 2-separate fluid circuits (1-high pressure and 1-low pressure), 4-arms equipped for 8-spray guns. It will automatically apply spray coatings on the surface and edges of panels, moldings and other items. Pos.6: FIFO Oven (approximately 26’2” long) This is a small vertical oven that has 6 trays. It will allow for up to 9.84 minutes of dwell time at a line speed of 4 meters per minute (13 fpm). It is heated with a hot water exchanger. Pos.7: Burkle/Junker UV Oven (approximately 8’3” long) This is an angled UV curing unit designed to dry surfaces and edges. It is fitted with side mirrors and bottom reflectors to aid in edged and overspray drying. Pos.8: Unloading belt conveyor (approximately 11’6” long) Solvent resistant out feed belt is designed for feeding of material out of: Vertical ovens, curtain coaters, UV ovens, etc. Control panel for operation of line: This panel includes all motor starters and fuse/breakers for the operation of the line. It also includes circuits for manual start and stop of line as well as emergency stop interfaces. Exhaust piping:Includes piping, clamps and above roof stack heads.
