This machine has a two coil magazine. It can feed an edge up to 65 mm in height and 12 mm thick banding The two coil magazines can run edgebanding rolls from 0.4 mm through 3 mm thick. The system has 2 motor premilling Servo controlled infeed fence EVA style down feed glue pot Straight and bevel end trimmers 2 motor rough milling station 2 motor MMU unit for fine trimming and corner founding with servo controlled adjustment. Servo controlled pressure beam, along with glue scrapers, profile scrapers, and buffing unit. The controller is the ICOS light controller on a touch screen control. |
