Clean Newman Whitney Model KF-24 Dip Chain Gang Rip Saw + Buss Automation Canted Infeed Roll + Laser Stand + Extras. This is really how you want to purchase a gang rip! The arbor motor is 75 HP/230/460v/3 Phase and direct coupled. 24” width capacity x 4” depth of cut with 14” diameter blades and a 3-1/8” bore. One Saw sleeve and spacers. Two urethane non marring pneumatic infeed & outfeed rolls and two stationary urethane rolls (4 total) that are in VGC. Motorized raise & lower of arbor. Feed motor is 5HP with a variable speed of 30-150 FPM. Three sets of kick back fingers on infeed and one set on the outfeed for a total of four. Pneumatic door and arbor lock. Electric control panel with breaker also included along with 54 spare slats/inserts, wrenches, arbor stand, remote start stop station, leg levelers/plates, and a 75 hp electronic brake. Also included with this package is a Buss Automation Canted Infeed Roll with overhead adjustable laser stand including 5 lasers. The canted infeed roll has 14 rolls, 13 of which are canted. Trap door with stop and adjustable fence are all controlled by a pedestal and foot pedal. Electronic eye senses board and closes top roll while foot pedal is used to “pause” feeding via the front stop so operator can adjust the fence as needed. Conveyor is powered by 3 total motors, two of which are 1 hp and the other 2 hp. Lasers are mounted on separate carriages and counterbalanced for easy but accurate adjustment.
