DIEHL SL-52 STRAIGHT LINE RIP SAW W/RETURN: At the heart of the system is a Diehl SL-52 straight line rip saw powered by a 20 hp motor with a 3 hp motor on the feed and a variable speed of 65-195 FPM. 16″ blade capacity, 4″ max. depth of cut, 10″ min. part length, 25″ clearance to the right of blade, and 37″ to the left. Twin chain drive, automatic dip lubrication. Top pressure system with (8) full width rollers. Complete with rip fence, material stops, push buttons and magnetic starters. Coupled to this rip saw is a hard to find material return. The transfer return is 79″ deep x 62″ wide. The return conveyor extends past the turn conveyor 16″ at the end and is 20″ wide and 14′ long with a 6′ material rest at the end. We were able to return 10′ long material (12′ might be possible).
