This is a very clean, very smooth running, Balestrini Micron that comes from a smaller custom shop. It has been cleaned and checked and is fully operational. We can very easily rate this one in Excellent condition both mechanically and cosmetically. Mortiser twin table design with (1) spindle per side. Spindle has variable speed on oscillation stroke. Tables have air over oil variable speed feed rate. (1) pneumatic hold down clamp per table. 3 HP spindle motor producing a spindle speed of 9,000 RPM. (1) HP oscillation motor, oscillating speeds of 120 to 240 strokes/min. Max. length of stroke – 4.72″ Max. depth of mortiser – 3.14″ Max. bit diameter – 30 mm. Tables tilt left or right 20ºs. Hourly production is 500 to 800 slots
